Dumpster Rental Terms and Conditions

 

Rental Period

 

All dumpster rentals are for 7 days, with automatic pickup scheduled for the 7th day. If you finish earlier, please let us know, and we'll do our best to pick it up sooner. While not typical, please be aware that in some cases, it may take up to 72 hours after the scheduled pickup day for us to retrieve the dumpster. Should you need to keep the dumpster longer than 7 days, we require at least 48 hours' notice, and an additional daily charge will apply.

 

Delivery

 

Please note that your dumpster can arrive at any time throughout your scheduled day, unless specific arrangements have been made with us. 

 

Prohibited Items

 

Please be aware that we cannot process organic waste or hazardous waste. This includes, but is not limited to, items like cleaning chemicals, paint (latex and oil), solar panels, propane tanks, any type of gasoline, oil, outdoor landscape treatments, and compost, as further detailed in your agreement.

 

Additional Charges

 

Any additional costs for exceeding the maximum tonnage will be charged back to you. Extra charges may also apply for overloading the dumpster beyond the "max fill line" or for blocking the delivery/pickup location, as specified in your agreement. Should you require the dumpster to be dumped before your rental period ends, a $125 swap fee will be incurred. Finally, electronics such as TVs and computers are subject to additional disposal charges.

Important: Dumpster Safety & Usage Policy

​Please do not attempt to move the dumpster yourself. Moving the container can lead to serious injury to you and significant damage to the property.
 

If you need the dumpster relocated, you must contact Lug It Away Junk Removal LLC directly, and we will handle it safely. 

 

Consequences of Unauthorized Movement:

​

Should the dumpster be moved by anyone other than Lug It Away Junk Removal personnel, the renters will be held fully responsible for:

• All damages to the dumpster.

• Any damages to the property where the dumpster is located.

• Any damages to our truck that may occur during the subsequent removal of the dumpster.

• Additional work hour charges incurred for removing the dumpster.

• A minimum weekly rate will also be added to the total rental cost.

Weather Conditions

 

Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for delays in dumpster pickup or delivery caused by severe weather conditions.

Lug It Away Junk Removal LLC is not responsible for any damage caused by customer negligence during the dumpster's drop-off, filling, or pickup.

Please be aware that we require a signed copy of this Service Agreement before we can deliver your dumpster. By signing, the customer acknowledges they have read and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in both the website disclaimer and the attached contract.
